ハイテク　回転寿司 がんこ

がんこ　玄関

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

梅田あたりで回転すしがないか？と思っていたら、大阪では誰もが知っている「がんこ寿司」を見つけることが出来た。

数分待って着席、隣はドイツ人の団体（セレブ系カップル二組＋女性二人）だ。

回転寿司といっても、鹿児島の寿司ま○かとはネタが多少違う。
生ビールと一緒に美味しく食べた。

店内スタッフの若き乙女たちを見ると、腰になにやら、機械をぶら下げている。

何だろうと思いながら、勘定をお願いしたら、

がんこ　皿の秘密皿に向かって、スキャナーを当てたのである。

瞬時にして、○○円の皿が何枚と分かるのだ。

 

皿の裏には、発信機が・・・ 

 

そして、そのデータを腰にあるプリンターに転送し、印刷するのである。
客は、これを持って行き、清算するのである。

これには、インド人、ドイツ人もびっくり　であったろう。
この薩摩人＝ぼくもびっくりした。

話は変わるが、横須賀の「くら寿司」は、座席にあるＴＶモニターで注文も出来るそうである（ｂｙ　MILETETSUさん）

回転すしも、いろいろPOS SYSTEMが発達して来たものだと思いながら
店を出た。

このフロアを改めて見直したら、美味そうな品を出す飲食店が並んでいた。
さすが食い倒れの町、競争は熾烈のようだ。
